Dog Coat Measuring Guide

Our dog coats are sized in 5cm intervals with our smallest at just 20cm, up to our huge 95cm coat.

Getting the correct fit for your dogs coat is important for your dogs comfort and to insure maximum life from your dog coat.

Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, if your dog is between sizes we recommend going down a size.  Our coat sizes are based on the measurement along the dogs back.

Measuring your dog for a Lilcracka Dog Coat:

Using a tape measure, take a measurement in a straight line from base of neck, to the base of the tail (or where you would expect the coat to finish), this is your coat size.

Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail

Please Note: Do not measure from your dogs collar as the collar slides about and doesn't give a consistent measurement.

Base of the neck.  Where the neck Joins onto the shoulder.

Base of the tail (Diva is 50cm)

The base of the neck is basically in line with the chest

You can double check your measurement by measuring down your dogs side from the chest to the rump but keep the measuring tape straight don’t curve it around the dog.

Measuring the side from the point of the shoulder/chest

To the rump Diva  is confirmed at 50cm.
